A: The average production time is 2 – 3 weeks. But it depends on different products!
Woven labels: 1.5 – 3 weeks
Sample:1-1.5 weeks
Patches: 2 – 3 weeks
Sample:1.5- 2 weeks
Hang Tag: 2 – 3 weeks

Q: Can I get samples/photo proof of my items before bulk production?
A: Not a problem, although this will extend lead times and could incur a charge (free for woven label).
Q. What’s the best file format to supply artwork in?
A. Vector .ai or .pdf files with embedded images and outline/supplied fonts.
Q. I only have a basic design idea. Can you help?
A. Yes. We can help you develop your idea into a wide range of products.
Q. Do you accept credit card payments?
A. Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Q. What is your payment terms? do I have to pay in full amount in advance?
A. No, we can accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.

A: As orders are personalized, all orders are final sales and do not accept return, reprints or refunds due to color problems or any customer’s input error, such as typo, color, and layout. We will try our best to match the closest color of your choice.
